Qi Gong

Here are a few videos demonstrating a few Qi Gong forms, adapted for meditation. This sequence was recorded in a class that I presented to the members of the Buddha-Dhamma Foundation in Singapore who have uploaded it. Although I do not consider myself to be a fully qualified teacher, and certainly not a master, I have been practising Qi Gong since 1994. I’m offering this link after repeated requests from people that I demonstrate them to on meditation retreats.

The forms are based upon a Ba Duan Jin sequence taught by Master Lam Kam Chuen. He teaches in London and has written several books, including The Way of Energy. There are also a few videos of him on YouTube.

While I was in Singapore I was asked to give a talk to explain how I felt Qi Gong fitted in to Buddhist meditation practice. This talk was recorded and you can listen to it here:
